Step 3-Make sure the notary signs them and notarizes the forms.
Step 4-Turn them into your trip leader of Missions Director.
Missions Manual Required

Both parents and students need to read the Missions Manual in its entirety.
Requirements
Prerequisites
- Student must fill out the application for this trip in its entirety.
- Student must upload a front and back picture of their health insurance card.
- Student must upload a clear picture of their passport.
Responsibilities
- Students will be responsible for attending all team meetings unless explicitly given permission by the team leader.
- Students will be responsible for raising all the funds required to go on this trip.
- Students are expected to uphold their grades at a satisfactory and passing standard.
- Students are also expected to behave satisfactorily.
Restrictions
- You must be passing your classes to attend this trip.
- You must have satisfactory behavior to attend this trip.
